Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 days for the tracking information to update.

Standard Shipping: Free on all orders over $79
Orders under $79: Flat rate of $10 USD
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 15 business days, please contact us and we’ll help investigate or offer a solution.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your address before placing your order. If you made a mistake, contact us ASAP — if the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll fix it. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
